Pricing and Content Information
While HyattGunStore.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, HyattGunStore.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, HyattGunStore.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We do our best to provide you with the lowest prices possible on HyattGunStore.com, as well as in our retail store. However, many times online pricing doesn't match the price in our retail store as our retail store offers further services such as trades, gunsmithing, layaways and other specialized services NOT available on HyattGunStore.com.

Our retail store honors pricing on HyattGunStore.com on a pay-and-carry basis and charges an additional $12 fee on all guns purchased in the store using online pricing to cover our costs of the paperwork associated with the Brady Gun Control Act. You can save this fee if you purchase online and select in-store pickup. These prices are not eligible for layaway or trades in our retail store.

HyattGunStore.com does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day.

Please note that due to rising credit card fees we charge 3% for all credit card transactions. We also accept checks with no surcharge. All checks are held 10 days until cleared prior to shipment.

Merchandise Content
HyattGunStore.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund.

Objectionable Content
You understand that by using this Site or any services provided on the Site, you may encounter Content that may be deemed by some to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which Content may or may not be identified as such. You agree to use the Site and any service at your sole risk and that HyattGunStore.com and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Legal Notice: It is SOLELY the BUYERS responsibility to verify the legality of any item in their jurisdiction. Buyer is also responsible for any and all costs associated with this item (shipping, etc.) and a restocking fee will be assessed if the item is returned or not shipped for any reason. In addition, a change fee may be assessed if a special order is changed after placement. As an example, any handgun shipped to a dealer in California MUST be on the state approved list website or your dealer must provide a letter certifying the gun is legal to ship to CA and legal for you to own. By purchasing, you are certifying that you have personally verified the item is 100% legal to own in your jurisdiction.

The photos shown in each item detail are stock photos from the manufacturer and for illustration only. They are not photos of the exact actual item we will be sending and there may be slight variations in the look of each item shipped. For example, the camo pattern of Mossy Oak hat will vary slightly from hat to hat.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt. Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition. Some product return exceptions apply:
  • We will deduct the shipping cost to you unless products are defective or we have made a shipping error.
  • Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.
  • You can return most items within 30 days as long as they are in resalable condition.  Regrettably , we cannot accept returns of firearms, night-vision products, airguns, holsters, rings, bases, black-powder guns, or ammunition.
  • If a product is defective/damaged upon receipt or not as advertised, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
  • Damaged or partial-loss claims must be made by fax (704-394-0268) phone (704-393-7124) or email (sales@hyattgunstore.com) within 10 days of receipt.
  • Products and packaging must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition.
  • Product shipping errors on our part will be replaced, credited to your credit card or refunded at our discretion.
  • Note: If a firearm doesn’t ship for ANY REASON, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
We require a Return Materials Authorization number on ALL returns. To obtain this, please fill out our CONTACT FORM. and please ensure to note your Order ID#, product(s) to be returned and reason for the return in the “Message” field.


Due to the nature of the gun industry, Special Orders are taking at least 30 days or more to come into our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.

Special Orders canceled prior to the estimated time noted in the listing will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. Orders changed after being placed will be assessed a $25 change fee.
