Erma K98K 8mm Mauser Rifle - Collectible *1940*

This is a collectible Erma K98K rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser. It features a 24-inch barrel, 5-round capacity, claw extractor, tangent rear sight, leather sling, and BYM code bayonet with matching 1943 dated scabbard. Overall, this K98 is in good vintage condition with normal age-related finish wear throughout the barrel, receiver, stock, and bolt. Bore condition is good with strong rifling. The stock has cracks in the handguard and near the recoil lug on the right side. All visible serial numbers on the rifle match. There are no visible import marks and the chamber is marked "27" 1940" indicating that this was manufactured in 1940 by Erma. This would be a good choice for military surplus collectors.
