The Camp-Lore series of knives from ESEE are designed by some of the most experienced woodsmen in the world and made by Rowen in Idaho, USA. The JG3, designed by James Gibson, has an uncoated, stonewashed 1095 steel flat ground blade with a tan Micarta handle. It is supplied with a leather sheath with belt loop. Our carbon steel knives are made from 1095 steel. And while 1095 is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use, it will rust and stain if not properly cared for - especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned.
