This is a classic Winchester 62A rifle chambered in 22 Long rifle, 22 Long, and 22 Short. It features a 23-inch barrel, 14-round magazine tube, open sights, blued finish, and walnut furniture. Overall, this Winchester is in good vintage condition with moderate handling wear on the stock. The barrel, receiver, and magazine tube have normal-age related bluing wear. The stock has initials carved in the wrist (see photos). Bore condition is good with strong rifling. Based on serial range, this Winchester was manufactured in 1940.
